Abstract:
To supply the power to an external device with a simple configuration without monitoring the surplus power in order to solve a problem in which the cost is increased by acquiring the surplus power of an image formation apparatus in real-time and supplying the surplus power to the external device.SOLUTION: An image recording system A includes: an image recording device 100 which records an image in a recording medium P by performing reciprocation scanning of a recording head 103 with the power supplied from a power supply unit 106; an external device 200 which can be driven with the power from a battery 202 and is supplied with the power from the power supply unit 106 when being connected to the image recording device; storage means which stores a pattern of the periodical change of the power that can be supplied to the external device 200 in accordance with the period of the reciprocation scanning of the recording head 103; and control means which supplies to the external device 200 the power in accordance with the pattern stored in the storage means when recording of the image is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
