Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor, a crisis management system, a sensing method, and a crisis management method capable of, in the case where a predetermined sensing target event that affects people is sensed, providing such information that a monitoring person can grasp circumstances of a site further accurately.SOLUTION: An image sensor of an embodiment includes an imaging unit, a spatial information acquisition unit, a sensor information transmission unit, and a setting changing unit. By imaging a target space, the imaging unit acquires image data of the target space. The spatial information acquisition unit acquires spatial information indicating an event concerning the target space on the basis of the image data. The sensor information transmission unit transmits, as sensor information of the self-device, the image data or the spatial information to another device. The setting changing unit changes the setting concerning acquisition or transmission of the sensor information in accordance with that a predetermined sensing target event that affects people has been sensed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
