Abstract:
To provide an image pick-up device and an imaging apparatus capable of realizing power saving of the image pick-up device, while restraining reduction of frame rate due to increase in amount of data.SOLUTION: In an image pick-up device laminating a first substrate having a pixel array where multiple pixels performing photoelectric conversion are arranged in matrix, and a second substrate having a circuit array where multiple signal processing parts processing signals based on the photoelectric conversion are arranged in matrix, the pixel array includes a pixel block formed of multiple pixels, and connected with a pixel block corresponding to the signal processing part by multiple signal lines, and the signal processing part includes an adder circuit for adding the signal inputted from the multiple signal lines in the same period, and a conversion circuit performing analog-digital conversion of the signals added by the adder circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
