Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of simultaneously and efficiently acquiring light containing plural pieces of light information having been emitted from an identical point of a subject.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging lens which captures light outgoing from a subject; a filter part in which there are arranged plural filters for generating light containing individually different light information, from the light entering the filter part via the imaging lens; a filter holding part which holds the filters so that the boundary portion of the adjacent filters is exposed, in an area where the light entering the filter part via the imaging lens passes through the filter unit; area division means which divides the light containing the different pieces of light information having passed through the filters into plural areas; and an imaging element array which receives each beam of light divided into the plural areas by the area division means and outputs image information.
