Abstract:
To provide an image capturing lens which has a wide view angle and high resolving power and can be reduced in size in a lens radial direction.SOLUTION: An image capturing lens is provided, comprising an aperture stop, a first lens L1 having positive refractive power, a second lens L2 having negative refractive power, and a third lens L3 having positive refractive power arranged in order from the object side. The image capturing lens also has a last lens L5 disposed on the most image side, the last lens having an aspherical image-side surface with an extremum located at a position other than an intersection between the aspherical surface and an optical axis. The image capturing lens satisfies predetermined conditions to achieve a wide angle of view and high resolving power while minimizing an increase in size in a lens radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
