Abstract:
To provide an immunoassay reagent, an immunoassay kit, and an immunoassay method, which enable highly sensitive and repeatable immunoassay by effectively reducing non-specific reaction of labeling substance-derived components with a solid-phase carrier surface, substance immobilized on the solid-phase carrier, and inner wall of a reaction vessel.SOLUTION: An immunoassay reagent is provided, containing a sugar derivative (X) having a sugar (A) skeleton, alkyl group with a carbon number of 6-36, and amide bonding.
