CONSTITUTION: In an in-line type color cathode-ray tube device where an annular or cylindrical magnetic substance is fitted to the predetermined electrode of an in-line type electron gun 7 in such a way as enclosing a center beam 6G for shielding against leakage magnetic field from the rear side of a deflection yoke 8, a color purity correction magnet 12 comprising an annular bipolar permanent magnet and a pattern deviation correction magnet 22 comprising a quadrupole annular permanent magnet are so arranged as to be adjacent to each other at the rear side of the yoke 8. In addition, a convergence correction magnet 15 comprising an annular quadrupole permanent magnet 13 and an annular hexapole permanent magnet 14 is laid outside a neck 5.
