The device comprises brake pedals 2, brake valve 3, a brake 4, a power transmission device 5, a pressure switch 6, and a change-over switch 7, wherein the right and lift brake pedals 2 are linkingly connected, the brake pedal 3 is single, and the change-over switch 7 is provided for one of the brake pedals 2, the switch 7 being capable of disabling the pressure switch 6 if pressed by an operator.
