Title:
INDIVIDUAL BODY DISCRIMINATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3589676
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispense with maintenance and repair of discrimination labels, and attach them at low cost in a shape suitable for a large quantity of used materials by arranging a discrimination label device to radiate a radio wave being intermittent in the frequencies when resonance frequencies are received.
CONSTITUTION: A discriminating device 10 radiates a transmission signal having frequency swept continuously at a prescribed period from an antenna AT2 by means of a sweep transmitter 11. In discrimination labels l attached to a plurality of moving materials, when a separate oscillating body having respective resonance frequencies or neighboring frequency is approached by means of a tank circuit of a coil 2 and a capacitor 3, a large electric current flows due to resonance. Then, antennas AT1 radiate radio waves being intermittent in the resonance frequencies by means of diodes D1 and D2. After these radio waves are received, the discriminating device 10 compares the received signal frequency with discrimination data preset with every single label by means of a judging means, and when the received signal frequency coincides with either one of the discrimination data, it outputs a discrimination code showing a coincident discrimination label to a host computer 30.
