Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual information printer which can adjust the recording position of individual information according to the positional variations of pre-printing of a recording medium, prevent the recording position deviation on the appearance from becoming conspicuous, and create an ID card or the like with the excellent yield.SOLUTION: An individual information printer recording individual information on a card, sheet or booklet-like recording medium at least includes: an imaging unit 20 which has a camera 21 or line sensor obtaining image information by imaging a recording surface 42 provided with pre-printing 48 of a recording medium 41; a data generation unit 30 which calculates the position on the recording surface of pre-printing from image information, and generates the print data in which the recording position of the individual information is individually adjusted for each recording medium so as to match information on the position; and a print unit 10 which records the print data on the recording surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
