Title:
INDUCED MAGNETIC HEAT GENERATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005141914
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an environmental-friendly heat generating device having small energy consumption, which does not generate environmental pollutants while operation.

An induced magnetic heat generating device 1a has a double cylindrical heating element 4a, fire-resistant material (maximum fire-proof temperature: approximately 3,000°C) 5a, 5b formed by a prescribed material, an induction heating coil 7, an electric source to supply electric current to the induction heating coil, and a heat treatment chamber 43 in which a substance to be treated is introduced. By such a device, it is possible to heat the heat treatment chamber up to approximately 2,500°C without damaging the device as a whole, and a state of ultra-high temperature like this can be retained over a long time. Consequently, for example, when this device is utilized for a waste incineration treatment device, residues are hardly generated, and toxic substance in not discharged.
