To provide an operation mechanism of a three-position switch capable of reducing the total number of input shafts and output shafts, and of reducing man-hours of machining and adjustment.
A rotation shaft 16 functions as a first input shaft 11 and an output shaft 20 connected to the three-position switch at the same time, whereby the number of shafts is reduced by one. A first input shaft 6 is rotated clockwise from a state where the output shaft 20 is located at a first rotation stop position to bring a first turning member 7 into contact with a stopper 19, and the output shaft 20 is stopped at a second rotation stop position. In this state, clockwise rotation of the second input shaft 11 is prevented by a fan-like part 7a. The second input shaft 11 is rotated clockwise, and the output shaft 20 is rotated counterclockwise to bring it into contact with a stopper pin 5, whereby the output shaft 20 is stopped at a third rotation stop position. In this state, the first input shaft 6 is locked so as not to be rotated clockwise by a second turning member 12.
