Abstract:
To provide a drive power source for actuating a semiconductor switch in a circuit in which two load circuits are driven by three series semiconductor switches.SOLUTION: An induction heating device includes: a series body composed of a first semiconductor switch 4, a second semiconductor switch 3, and a third semiconductor switch 2 which are connected to a power source; a first load circuit 6 connected in parallel to the first semiconductor switch; a second load circuit 5 connected in parallel to the third semiconductor switch; first to third drive circuits 7-9 for actuating the first to third semiconductor switches; and a first drive power source 16 which serves as the power source of the first drive circuit 9. The second drive power source 13 performs charging operation from the first drive power source when conductive operation of the first semiconductor switch is performed, and the third drive power source 10 performs the charging operation from the second drive power source when the conductive operation of the second semiconductor switch is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
