A power supply device 200p for an industrial vehicle mounted with electric motors 107, 109 and drive devices 106, 108 thereof is provided with an assembled battery 100 comprising molten salt batteries. Regenerative energy from the electric motors 107, 109 is recovered by the assembled battery 100 comprising the molten salt batteries. The power supply device 200p is also provided with: a heating device 140 heating the assembled battery 100 and keeping the assembled battery 100 warm; and a controller 120 performing control of the drive devices 106, 108 and the heating device 140, and charging/discharging control of the assembled battery 100.
