PURPOSE: To prevent a contact type head from coming in contact with an optical recording region when information is written or read with an information card processor equipped with a non-contact type optical head and the contact type head.

CONSTITUTION: A card substrate side surface has two recording regions of an optical recording part 2 and a magnetic recording part 3. Then, card information of a width of the optical recording part 2, and presence, class, existing position, etc., of the recording area other than the optical recording part 2 is recorded on a specific track 2A of the optical recording part 2.
