Abstract:

To solve a problem that, in an information communication terminal with a silent speech function of a conventional technology, three actions are required as key operations by a user from off-hook to character mode setting, a long time and effort are required for the user to a speech in a character mode, and since the long time and effort are required until the speech in the character mode, a response to a counterpart is resultantly delayed.

This information communication terminal with a silent speech function is constituted so that, by providing two buttons which are a first button 0207 included in an off-hook key for a verbal speech and a second button 0208 included in an off-hook key for a character speech, the off-hook and the character mode can be selected at a time by pressing the second button in the off-hook key for the character speech, thereby eliminating troublesomeness requiring the long time and effort and eliminating a response delay.
