To provide a program, an information processing method, and an information processing device that present appropriate information and thereby improve convenience for a user.SOLUTION: A calculation data acquisition unit 510 acquires thumbnail data 510B indicating a state in which a user has used a sticky note or the like as a functional element. Further, the calculation data acquisition unit 510 acquires user data 510A including user attribute data. A score calculation unit 520 acquires score data 520A, which is estimated data for estimating information about the functional element that matches the user, based on the data acquired by the calculation data acquisition unit 510 according to a calculation model generated by machine learning.
