Abstract:
To provide an information processing device capable of accurately determining whether or not to upgrade firmware.SOLUTION: In an information processing system, an information processing device 1 includes an information acquisition unit, a first information generation unit, and a second information generation unit. A storage unit 130 stores failure information and condition information. In a step S2, the information acquisition unit acquires, from each of a plurality of management devices 2 and 3 for managing the operation of management target devices SYSA and SYSB, failure information 232 and 332 regarding a failure that has occurred in the management target device corresponding to each management device. In a step S3, the first information generation unit generates condition information 131 in which a configuration status of the management target device and a version number of firmware applicable to the management target device corresponding to each configuration status are associated with each other. In a step S4, based on the failure information acquired by the information acquisition unit and the condition information generated by the first information generation unit, the second information generation unit generates validity information indicating the validity of the application status of the firmware in a specific management target device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
