To propose a technique of suppressing use of a shop for a long period of time without hurting the feeling of a user and improving the customer turnover rate.SOLUTION: An information processing device installed at a position that can be browsed by a user of a facility comprises: a display unit which displays a user interface screen; an input unit which performs an input of use start of the facility and an input of use end via the user interface screen; and a control unit which changes information of the use state of the facility and changes the user interface screen according to the input to the input unit. The control unit transmits information about the use state after the change to a management server that manages the information about the use state of the facility when the use state of the facility is changed with the input by the input unit, and changes the interface screen according to the information about the use state after the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
