To properly match a user and a business operator and obtain an appropriate answer from the matched business operator when a question is received from the user.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring user information about a user, property information about a property of the user, and business operator information about a business operator related to the property; a reception unit for accepting questions about the property from the user and accepting answers to the question from the business operator; a matching processing unit for matching the user and the business operator based on the user information, the property information, and the business operator information when receiving the question from the user; and a provision unit for providing the user with the answer received from the matched business operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
