Abstract:
To provide a cooling apparatus having high corrosion resistance to a coolant and high cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: A cooling apparatus 10 comprises: a first component 11 that is made from first material and has a cooling target contact surface with which a cooling target is in contact; and a second component 12 that is in contact with the first component 11 and internally has a coolant passage 13 through which a predetermined coolant, liquid or gas, passes, the coolant passage 13 having an internal surface, at least part of which is made from second material. Thermal conductivity of the first material is higher than that of the second material; the second material has higher corrosion resistance to the coolant than that of the first material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
