Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support for suitably acquiring attribute information of a client such as a personal number.SOLUTION: A number confirmation GW12 acquires an electronic certificate of an applicant personal number card inputted by an ATM 20 when the ATM 20 receives the new application for a service provided by an identification confirmation request company A. The number confirmation GW12 confirms efficiency of the electric certification by communicating with a personal authentication server 16, and, if it is the efficiency, notifies an applicant attribute information stored to the electric certificate to a companies server 14a. The number confirmation GW12 acquires the electric certificate of the applicant personal number card, and certificates the efficiency when the service provided by an identification confirmation request company B.
