The information receiving vehicle 2 selects an information providing vehicle 1 being the origin of the provision of the video information in response to the declaration. The information providing vehicle 1 distributes the video information in response to the selection. The information receiving vehicle 2 pays a sum corresponding to the viewing time of the video information in response to the distribution.
