Abstract:
To suppress the excessive increase of a calculation cost in a server.SOLUTION: An information storage device stores a statistical volume of travel parameters of a vehicle 2 traveling in an area in a storage unit for each area. The information storage device comprises: an information acquisition unit 332 which acquires information for specifying the area in which the vehicle travels and travel data in the specified area of the vehicle that travels in the specified area from the vehicle that can be communicated; and a statistical volume update unit which takes in the travel data acquired for each area and updates a statistical volume of the travel parameters of the vehicle for each area stored in a storage device 32 for each area on the basis of the taken travel data. The statistical volume update unit, in the area in which the data acquisition number per unit time is large, reduces a taking-in frequency of the data acquired from the vehicle in comparison to the area in which the data acquisition number per unit time is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
