Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device, with which a user can easily acquire information concerning a target region without performing information acquiring operations on purpose by the user at the time of transmitting or receiving an e-mail or of voice communication.
SOLUTION: A plurality of information terminal devices 1a, 1b, 1c and so on are connected each other via a network 2, and the network 2 is provided with a center device 3. The device 3 is provided with a DB (Database) 5 storing information related to each region. In transmitting or receiving an e-mail or making a voice communication, the devices 1a, 1b, 1c and so on discriminate target regions respectively and address inquiries the device 3 to acquire information concerning the target regions from the information DB 5. In this way, the user can easily acquire information concerning the target regions, e.g. weather information without being aware of information acquiring operations on purpose.
