Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an injection nozzle by which cavitation washing effect particylarly in recessed parts of a workpiece is improved and also a compact cavitation washer is obtained.
CONSTITUTION: An injection nozzle N is formed of a nozzle body 1 in which a guide hole 2 is made, and a control member 3 in which a spiral groove 3C is made on the outer periphery. By the guide hole 2 and the spiral groove 3C, a spiral flow passage 4 whose one end is opened to the inflow side A and whose the other side is opened to the outflow side B is formed in the injection nozzle N. When pressure water is fed from the inflow side A of the injection nozzle N, it is jetted from the outflow side B through the spiral flow passage 4, turned into a turning flow, and the turning flow heads for a workpiece through liquid in a washing tank.
