Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a thinner vibration membrane and a higher density arrangement by providing an ink jet printer head wherein a piezoelectric element is provided on the vibrational membrane which is a part of the inner wall face of a pressure chamber communicating with an orifice.
CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 15 with an expanded opening side is formed on the surface of a supporting body 16 and a vibrational membrane 21 and a pressure chamber 28 are positioned on the recessed part of this supporting body 16.
