Abstract:
To prevent defective discharge due to adhesion of an white inorganic pigment in a channel.
An ink-jet recording device comprises a recording head which discharges at least white ink. The white ink contains a radiation polymer compound, a white inorganic pigment, and a fluorescent whitening agent. The recording head has a channel of the white ink. An organic coating containing polyparaxylene or a derivative thereof is formed on at least a part of an inner wall surface of the channel.
