To manufacture an sheet having an irregular surface with a high quality without defects such as lowering in accuracy of its pattern structure and poor peeling.

The manufacturing method of the irregular shaped sheet comprises transfer molding an irregular patter formed on the surface of an embossing roller 13 on the surface of a sheet W. The method comprises a step of continuously making the band shaped flexible sheet W run, a step for forming a coated layer made by applying a radiation ray curable resin to the surface of the sheet, a step of transferring the irregular pattern of the surface of the roller to the coated layer by hanging and winding the sheet to the embossing roller revolving, a step of curing the coated layer by irradiating a radioactive ray to the sheet being in a state where the sheet is hung and wound to the roller, a step of peeling the sheet from the irregular surface roller, and the problem described above can be resolved by carrying out the process from the transferring step to the curing and the peeling steps inside of a casing 40 where temperature and humidity are controlled in a given fluctuating range for the respectively objecting values.
