Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an ink-jet recording form which has high printing density, scarcely affected by bronzing phenomena and no feathering and is superior in printing properties.
CONSTITUTION: As an ink-jet recording form, neutral paper is employed, which contains a nonreactive emulsion sizing agent having at least calsium carbonate as a filler, aluminum sulfate and α-hydroxy carboxylic acid structure as its main component within paper making pulp slurry, and produced as a base paper. Then a 30 seconds Cobb size for which 5.0% isopropyl alcohol aqueous solution is used is taken in 16.0g/m2 or lower.
