PURPOSE: To prevent double feed phenomenon from occurring, and solve the problem of lacking in handleability, by a method wherein in a pressure-sensitive copying under-form, or intermediate-form which is comprised by coating the surface of a base with an electron accepting developer, a friction coefficient of a microcapsule coated surface to a developer coated surface is specified.
CONSTITUTION: In a pressure-sensitive copying form, a microcapsule encapsulating electron donating colorless dyes is applied to the surface of a base 1, overprint varnish 3 containing silicone is applied to all the sphere or a fixed area on the coating surface by a pressure printing method. Hereby, a static friction coefficient of a microcapsule coated surface 2 of a pressure-sensitive copying under-form or intermediate-form to a developer coated surface 4 is taken as 0.45-0.70. In addition, as for the overprint varnish 3 containing silicone, the major part of the same is formed for a coating on the surface of a protective material P of the capsule, and not on the surface of the microcapsule C. This is because of the reason that the capsule protective material P is larger than the microcapsule C, and the overprint varnish containing the silicone is superior in adhesiveness.
