Abstract:
To provide an ink ribbon winding device by which the service life of an ink ribbon is increased, a ribbon cartridge and a recording device.
This ribbon cartridge is equipped with a driving gear 58, a following gear 59 which is urged by a spring to the driving gear 58 side, and is intermeshed with the driving gear 58, and an ink ribbon 52 which is sandwiched by the driving gear 58 and the following gear 59 and is carried by the rotation of the driving gear 58 and the following gear 59. In the ribbon cartridge, respective gears 58 and 59 are formed in such a manner that the ink ribbon 52 may not be press-bonded to the gear bottoms 74 and 84 of either one of the gears 58 and 59.
