A cavity plate 30 is composed of: a plurality of laminated plates 31-37 with a pressure chamber, a nozzle and an ink passage; the filter 60 is arranged in such a manner as to cover a supply hole 56 of the spacer plate 36 of the cavity plate 30; and the base plate 37 thicker than the filter 60 is laminated in such a manner as to surround the filter 60. Thus, flat spaces are formed between the filter 60 and an undersurface of an ink supply member 70 on the upstream side of the filter 60, and between the filter 60 and the spacer plate 32 on the downstream side of the filter 60.
