Abstract:
To provide an input device, an electronic apparatus, and a method for driving the input device, in which an increase in processing information is suppressed and the processing system can be simplified.
The input device 100 is provided with a plurality of capacitance detection circuits 31 arranged in a matrix and a driving circuit 40 for outputting detection information from the capacitance detection circuits 31. An output processing part 160 partially specifies the capacitance detection circuits 31 by the readout of fingerprint information from the capacitance detection circuits 31 according to a plurality of field scans, and takes out only the detection information to be processed.
