Title:
INSERTINGLY CASTING METHOD OF CERMET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014083577
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problems of requiring to prevent crack damage by protecting a cermet tip from a heat shock of high temperature molten metal of high chromium cast iron when insertingly casting the cermet tip in the high chromium cast iron, and of requiring to form a cermet lump by brazing a cermet grain by crushing the cermet tip when used as a material of a high chromium liner regardless of a kind and a shape of the cermet tip.

A plurality of plating layers are formed on the cermet tip, and are cast in by coating liquid flux on the plating layers, and thereby, a heat shock by sudden heating is reduced when casting the high chromium cast iron, and the crack damage of the cermet tip is prevented. The heat shock is also reduced by baking enamel to the plating layers and coating by a flame spray. The cermet lump is formed by brazing the cermet tip as a cermet grain, to thereby implement a method for insertingly casting the cermet lump in the high chromium cast iron.
