To execute an inspection work by directly performing data communication with an inspection server using a commercially available portable communication terminal such as a cellular phone.
A delivery form 3 comprises a two-dimensional code 21 in which an URL of the inspection server 5 and a form code is incorporated. When the two-dimensional code 31 is read by the cellular phone 1, the line to the inspection server 5 is connected to transfer data of the two-dimensional code 31. The inspection server 5 acquires the form code from the data of the two-dimensional code 31, and retrieves an inspection database 6 to acquire delivery data. The inspection server also displays a commodity code input request screen and a delivery number input screen on the cellular phone 1. When a commodity code and a delivery number are inputted in the cellular phone 1, the inspection server 5 processes the input delivery number as an actual delivery number to a delivery scheduled number of a commodity specified by the commodity code in the acquired delivery data.
