Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint prosthesis that operates naturally and improve its abrasiveness, by furnishing a tensioning device which applys tensions between a femur and a tibia of knee joint, and a device that is combinable with the tensioner that measures the distance between the femur and the tibia when the knee joint are arranged extensionally and winding.
SOLUTION: When a rod 26 that exists in a bone of a control guide 10 is inserted in a femur and the control guide 10 is fixed by a surgeon aptly, pins are inserted in at least one airhole 30 for a pin guide 26 of one side of a duct 20 and a body 10 is fastened with a pin to a femur. A back condyle is guided by a guide pore of the body for the revolution control guide 10 and eliminated by a blade fora saw. Subsequently a revolution control guide is removed, then a surgery tensions to the knee joint which is fixed by inserting a tensioning device 40 between a shank bone and the femur. Hereby, a surgery makes a fine adjustment with keeping a balance of soft organization.
