Abstract:
To provide a smaller insulator having high performance by preventing the statics on the insulator and the concentration of electric fields between the insulator and a metal fitting.
In order to bond an insulator 1 to a metal fitting 2, an additive- containing adhesive 4 to which additives having a lower characteristic resistivity than the adhesive are added is used. Generally, materials selected from the group consisting of chromium oxide(Cr2O3), triiron tetroxide (Fe3O4), copper phthalocyanine green, benzotriazole(BTA), silicon carbide(SiC), zinc oxide(ZnO), carbon(C), calcium carbonate(CaCO3), calcium oxide(CaO), magnesium fluoride(MgF2), antimony oxide, and tin oxide are added to an epoxy adhesive.
