The insurance system guarantees redistribution of authorized data which are electronically distributed. The insurance system is constructed so that a right to receive redistribution is generated subject to taking out an insurance policy, and thereby an insurance system, which smoothly performs redistribution of content etc. electronically distributed through a network, is achieved. Furthermore, the insurance system is constructed to receive redistribution through an insurance service server, which allows the insurance service server to control redistribution independently, and as the result, unauthorized redistribution is prevented.
