An integrated control system of the vehicle includes a main control line (accelerator) to control the drive system on the basis of the operations entered by the driver, a main control line (brake) to control the brake system, a main control line (steering) to control the steering system, and an adviser unit to prepare and emit the information used in these main control lines on the basis of the environmental information for the area surrounding the vehicle and the information about the driver. The adviser unit executes a program containing the steps to sense the driver operations and the environmental information (S1000, S1100, and S1200), a step to compute the expectation value about the driving force of the driver (S1300), a step to perform the distribution process of the braking and driving torques (S1500), and a step to execute the distribution (S1700) upon computing the distribution ratio (S1600).
