PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring a collaborative service in which component services provided by business partners are collaborated and to enable analyzing failures thereof.SOLUTION: A service state management unit 131 refers to a use state DB 150 in which a collaborative service and component services are associated, extracts the component services from the collaborative service, and instructs an SLA management unit 132 to perform SLA conformity assessment in the order from the lower-level component services. The SLA management unit 132 obtains SLA assessment rules related to a service from a product resource DB 170 and determines that a service is a failure when it is assessed violating the rules by executing the SLA conformity assessment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
