Abstract:
To provide an intercom device and an intercom system, capable of securing privacy and security of a resident.SOLUTION: An intercom device 1 comprises: an entrance slave unit 2 to be used by a visitor to call and talk with a resident; and a room master unit 3 to be used by the resident to respond to a call from the entrance slave unit 2. The entrance slave unit 2 includes: a call operation section 21; a microphone 23 for collecting sound of voice of the visitor; and a camera 24 for photographing a picture of the visitor. The room master unit 3 includes: a master unit control section 37 for receiving call operation from the call operation section 21 and controlling the room master unit 3; and a storage section 35 for storing a plurality of dealing modes for dealing with the visitor. The master unit control section 37 is configured to: acquire action information on the visitor's action from at least one of the voice and the picture; depending on the acquired action information, select at least one dealing mode of the plurality of dealing modes; and control at least one of the room master unit 3 and the entrance slave unit 2 in the selected dealing mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
