Abstract:
To provide an inverter circuit for varying frequency, for setting an optimal switching frequency and controlling and setting the switching frequency at time of minimum input current, by detecting input current at that time, for finding a proper place of an inverter as judging conditions.
This inverter circuit has an arithmetic circuit for increasing/ decreasing the switching frequency of the inverter circuit, a circuit for setting the switching frequency, a detecting circuit arranged for finding the optimal frequency and a switching frequency control circuit for controlling these circuits for setting an optimal lighting frequency of respective discharge lamps.
