Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an inverter device which can absorb a change in a power- supply voltage or a difference in a rated voltage by installing a voltage control function which makes the output voltage of an inverter a constant value in a value designated so as to correspond to its output frequency with reference to a change in an AC input voltage.
CONSTITUTION: When an operating frequency is designated by a frequency instruction signal SF, an optimum voltage used to drive a motor 4 is read out as a target output voltage from data which is stored in an internal ROM for a CPU. Then, the estimated voltage of a voltage VIN corresponding to a detection signal SVIN is read out as an estimated input voltage from input-voltage- detection data which is stored in the internal ROM for the CPU. The ratio of the read-out target output voltage to the estimated input voltage is operated by the CPU. A change in the input voltage VIN for an inverter apparatus is estimated as a voltage ratio 'target output voltage/estimated input voltage], and an output voltage VOUT can be maintained at a target voltage with reference to the change in the input voltage VIN.
