Abstract:
PURPOSE:When the large load of the starting current is inputted, the load is inputted by decreasing the output voltage not so as to fail in the commutation owing to lack of the commutation capacity of an inverter and the commutation capacity is not made large by making the output voltage the rated voltage later.
