Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably spray a processing agent, such as glue, and to obtain a stable spray even in long-term use.
SOLUTION: The water in a first tank 58 is introduced to a water path 71 by a pump device 60. This water is sent through a first conduit 72 to a vaporizing chamber 52 and the steam generated in the vaporizing chamber 52 is introduced through a steam passage 75 and a mixing passage 88 into a mining chamber 73. The processing agent, such as glue, accumulated in a second tank 61 is introduced through a flow passage 94 and the mixing passage 88 to the mixing chamber 73 by utilizing the generation of a negative pressure in the mixing passage 88. The processing agent is granulated in the mixing chamber 73 and is sprayed together with the steam from an ejection nozzle 89.
