To achieve a high advertising effect for a job offer advertisement.SOLUTION: There is provided a job offer cooperation server 10 that is configured in a communicable manner with a plurality of job offer media servers 30. The job offer cooperation server 10 determines one or more of the job offer media servers 30 that is a cooperation destination of job offer information, on the basis of a lower limit bid unit price of each of the plurality of the job offer media servers 30 and a conversion unit price of the job offer information, and the job offer information is linked with each of the determined one or more of the job offer media servers 30. Thus, since the job offer information is flexibly linked with one or more of the job offer media servers that matches a bid requirement, a high advertising effect can be achieved for a job offer advertisement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
