This construction member joint structure causes a joint recess 1 formed in the joint of a first construction member K1 to fit over a joint projection formed at the joint of a second construction member K2, for joining the first construction member K1 with the second construction member K2. At least one each of first and second plate-shaped members P1, P2 having anchor parts 4 extended into the first and second construction members K1, K2, with the end faces P1a, P2a of the members P1, P2 exposed so as to become flush with the surfaces 1a, 2a of the joint recess 1 and the joint projection 2, and with the portions of the members P1, P2 other than the end faces P1a, P2a spaced apart from the surfaces 1a, 2a of the joint recess 1 and the joint projection 2, are buried in the joint between the first and second construction members K1, K2.
