Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous keto-acid metal complex solution from which composite oxide particles having a stable crystal structure such as a garnet structure or a perovskite structure and being excellent in characteristics and functions are easily generated by using a composite oxide raw material being excellent in distribution uniformity of two or more kinds of metal ions and thermally decomposing the composite oxide raw material, and further with which desired characteristics and functions are exhibited, and a method for producing the same, as well as a method for producing the composite oxide particles.SOLUTION: An aqueous keto-acid metal complex solution is formed by dissolving a metal complex, which has a water-soluble keto-acid having a carboxyl group and a ketone group or a carbonyl group in a molecule as a ligand, in water, and the metal complex contains two or more kinds of metal elements or ions thereof.
