To provide a drawer for a kitchen cabinet by which tall articles such as a cutting board can be stably stored in the drawer while stably standing the same so as to be able to easily take out and the tall articles stored while standing the same does not hinder the storage of other articles.

In the drawer 20 for the kitchen cabinet in which a storing space S is defined by a bottom plate 21, right and left side plates 23, 22 stood at right and left end parts of the bottom plate 21, and a front plate 24 and a back plate 25 stood at front and back both end parts of the bottom plate 21 and which is supported slidably in fore and aft directions in a cabinet body 10, a partitioning plate 40 extending in fore and aft directions is stood in the storing space S near one side plate 22 of the right and left side plate 23, 22. It becomes possible to store the tall article such as the cutting board compactly while stably standing the same in a lot in a side partitioned space S2 elongate in fore and aft directions formed between the partitioning plate 40 and the one side plate 22. The other articles are separately stored in the other partitioned space S3.
